Angelika, the borough’s Dementia Action Co Ordinator spoke to the group about coping strategies for living well with dementia during the first hour. We were delighted to see so many members joining in and sharing their ideas.
After Angelika’s session, a packed room of dancers enjoyed an hour of fun. The joint was jumping.
The Reflections Friendship Group is next at Shrewsbury House on 18th March 2025 at 1pm. Tony will give us another sing-a-long.
